Michael Carr conducts seminar in Oklahoma employment law

Michael L. Carr spoke to Human Resources professionals, business office managers, payroll professionals, and operation managers on behalf of Lorman Education Services in their seminar entitled Oklahoma Employment Law from A to Z. The seminar was held in Tulsa, Oklahoma on February 1. Mr. Carr spoke regarding issues of privacy in the workplace, and presented an overview of the Family Medical Leave Act as it pertains to leave of absences from the workplace due to serious medical conditions. He has previously presented at Lorman Seminars regarding State and Federal personnel laws in Oklahoma. Mr. Carr has published articles on a variety of employment issues, including privacy, wiretapping and drug testing.
