Mr. Carr received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the
Mr. Carr is a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and American Bar Associations, as well as the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Carr has published an article for the Defense Research Institute in their nationally published periodical For the Defense, an article, Defending a Civil Action Under the Federal Wiretapping Act. Mr. Carr had previously taught seminars to incoming publicly elected officials regarding a variety of labor and employment topics. Mr. Carr has also published an article for local law enforcement agencies on the issue of workplace drug testing. At this time, he periodically presents seminars for Lorman Education Services, instructing human resource managers and office supervisors about the law of privacy in the workplace and the issues of employee medical leave. He has a broad civil practice with a great deal of experience in employment litigation, discrimination suits, governmental liability, as well as medical malpractice, nursing home liability, insurance bad faith and first party claims. Mr. Carr has presented oral arguments in appellate matters in both the Oklahoma Supreme Court and in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, Colorado.
